Resale Support Policy
Eligibility
• This program is open to individual collectors, art investors, interior designers, and affiliates who own artworks purchased through Mankar & Co.
• The artwork must be authentic and in good condition for resale evaluation.
Ownership & Documentation
• The seller must provide valid proof of purchase and ownership (invoice, certificate of authenticity, etc.).
• Mankar & Co. reserves the right to verify artwork provenance before listing.
Artwork Evaluation
• All artwork submitted for resale will undergo a quality check by our team.
• We may request high-resolution photos or physical inspection, depending on value and medium.
Listing & Promotion
• Once approved, your artwork will be listed on our platform or offered via private sales, partners, or curated showcases.
• We reserve the right to decide the platform, pricing strategy, and promotion method.
Commission & Fees
• Mankar & Co. charges a commission on the final sale price.
• Any applicable taxes, packaging, and shipping fees will be discussed in advance.
Payment Terms
• Payment to the seller will be released within 7–14 business days after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction.
• Payment is made via bank transfer or preferred method as per seller’s details.
Listing Duration & Removal
• Each artwork will be listed for a minimum of 60 days. If unsold, the seller can:
• Renew the listing
• Adjust pricing
• Request removal
• Mankar & Co. may delist any item if it no longer meets our standards.
Authenticity & Legal Responsibility
• The seller confirms the artwork is authentic and free from any legal disputes.
• Any claim of forgery or dispute will result in immediate delisting, and the seller may be liable for damages.
Confidentiality
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, buyer details, and negotiation strategies unless agreed otherwise.
Policy Updates
• Mankar & Co. reserves the right to update these terms anytime. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
