At Mankar & Co., we aim to offer transparency, trust, and clarity to every art investor. Our ROI Policy outlines the approach, expectations, and procedures involved when you invest in artworks with the intent to earn returns over time.
Investment Objective
• Acquire high-potential artworks from emerging and established artists
• Benefit from value appreciation over time
• Resell through curated platforms and earn optimal returns
Estimated ROI Range
• Historical data shows ROI ranging between 8% to 12% annually, depending on artist demand, market trends, and artwork exclusivity.
• Returns are not guaranteed and depend on real-time resale value and market dynamics.
• Minimum recommended holding period: 12–36 months for meaningful returns.
Valuation & Growth
• Artworks are evaluated every 6–12 months for market appreciation.
• Factors considered: artist trajectory, exhibitions, media mentions, collector demand, and secondary sales.
Exit & Resale Process
• Investors can request resale through our Resale Support after the minimum holding period or earlier (on request).
• Once the artwork is resold, Mankar & Co. deducts a resale commission (e.g. 15%) and transfers net profit to the investor.
Profit Distribution
• Investors receive full transparency on sale price and commission charges.
• Payment is processed within 7–14 business days after buyer confirmation.
• Profits are transferred via bank/UPI to the investor’s verified account.
Risk Disclosure
• Like all investments, art markets carry risk. Prices may fluctuate based on demand, trends, or economic factors.
• Mankar & Co. does not guarantee any fixed return or timeline.
Investor Support
• Our team provides regular insights, performance updates, and selling opportunities.
• You will be notified if your artwork is recommended for resale or featured in curated listings.
Legal & Ownership
• Investors retain 100% legal ownership of their purchased artwork.
• All transactions are documented with invoices and ownership certificates.
